Description

Reprinted as a project for the Tri-Centennial Celebration of the founding of the first Baptist association in America in 1707, the Philadelphia Baptist Association. This a reprint of the sixth edition of A Confession of Faith (Second London Baptist Confession, 1677/1689) adopted by the Philadelphia Baptist Association in 1742 with the addition of two chapters, "Of Singing of Psalms in Public Worship" and "Of Laying on of Hands."
