The Lost Tools of Writing, Level 2 (Student Workbook)

Grades 7 - 12, 2nd Edition

The student workbook provides worksheets for the lesson exercises, address templates, and Appendices (Tools of Invention, Tools of Arrangement, Tools of Elocution, Arrangement Templates, Sample Addresses, and Glossary). The student uses this to complete the preparatory assignments leading up to the crafting of each Lesson's address assignment.

One student workbook is needed per student.

The newly revised The Lost Tools of Writing, Level 2 features eight new lessons and encourages students to dig deeper, challenging them to think more clearly. Building on the introductory Persuasive Essay instruction of Level One, course study is centered on the Judicial Address. The three Canon framework (Invention, Arrangement, Elocution) continues.
