Description

Intended for children, this biography includes a picture on every page (drawn by Haylee's husband Blake), and a simple, often rhyming text.

Haylee is a missionary wife and mother who is passionate about her Savior and the Great Commission. It is her desire to cultivate a heart for world missions in the hearts of the next generation by sharing the stories of great men and women who gave their all to the Lord.

Sabina Oster was born in 1913, in Czernowitz, now a part of Ukraine. She was born into a strict Jewish family, but resented religion and became an Atheist in her young adult life. Soon after she and Richard Wurmbrand married, God sent people into their lives who shared the Gospel with them, and they were gloriously saved. They began "underground" Christian churches in Communist Bucharest, Romania, where they lived until they were arrested. Richard was imprisoned for fourteen years and Sabina, seven years. God later used their stories in the United States to encourage others to give their lives to the work of the Lord! They are the founders of The Voice of the Martyrs to help persecuted believers all around the world.

Enjoy sharing her story with your children and encourage them to give their all for the Lord!
